Floral Delivery Information -- via our Florist Network
Fresh floral items including floral arrangements, roses, plants, and some gift
baskets are delivered via select local florists. These items are available for
same day delivery, if requested, provided your order is placed by 12:30 PM in
the recipient's time zone. Weekend delivery is also available to a majority of locations.
Accurate and complete information on your order will ensure the timely delivery
of your selection. A service charge of $7.99 to $19.99 will be added to all orders placed online.
Gift Delivery Information
Several gift items including plants, gift baskets, and decorative items will be
delivered via our Florist Network. Our standard delivery method is 2nd Business Day ,
unless otherwise noted in the product description. Overnight and Saturday delivery is
also available for an additional charge. Please note that these items can only be
delivered within the Continental United States, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
- All orders received before 12:30 PM EST can be shipped on the day the order is received.
- Orders received after 12:30 PM EST can be shipped on the day after the order is received.
- Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Perishable products can only be shipped from Monday through Thursday.
Orders placed on Thursday, after 12:30 PM EST, will be shipped on Monday for
arrival on Wednesday.
Overnight delivery is available for an additional $7.00.*
Saturday delivery is available for an additional $10.00.
* Note: If you select a delivery date that requires overnight delivery, we will
automatically add that to your service charge.
Our Substitution Policy
To make our Substitution Policy simple, we follow these important steps; get it there on
time and make it fresh and beautiful.
1)Get it there on time:
- If our florist is out of a particular decorative element, i.e. a specific basket,
vase, plush, etc., the florist may substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
2) Make it fresh and beautiful:- We select the most creative
florists to be on our team who professionally recreate our designs based on their creative
interpretation. The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same,
with our florists paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color
combinations.
- Our florist will use only the freshest flowers, and so will
make substitutions depending on seasonal and regional availability.
- In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference over color.
For instance, if a florist is out of �yellow tulips,� they will substitute another color of
tulips, not another yellow flower.
International Delivery Information -- Non-Holiday

Delivery: Due to the various time zones between the US and
other continents, same day delivery is not available. Your order is guaranteed for
delivery within 3 business days.
About Your Floral Order:
Local customs and traditions will be taken into consideration when preparing your
floral arrangement in order to ensure that it is most appropriate given the occasion.
Please note that the delivery of flowers in a box are very much an American custom --
as are mylar balloons. The price of floral products may vary from country to country.
Service Charge:
An additional $12 will be added to your service charge to cover the international
relay fee required to fulfill your order if it is being sent outside of the US or Canada.
This will bring your total service charge to $19.99.
Pricing:
All product prices are presented in U.S. dollars. The prices quoted are intended to provide you with an estimate of how much it will cost to fulfill that particular style of arrangement.
These prices may vary based on currency exchange rates. Our International Florists Network
will fill your order to value. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order for the
designated amount, you will be notified via telephone or e-mail.
Holiday Delivery Information
The nature of the floral business is one which is extremely time sensitive and dependent
upon major holiday periods. These holiday periods include Thanksgiving, Christmas,
Valentine's Day, Secretaries Week, Easter and Mother's Day. While we are pleased to
offer our customers same day delivery on orders placed as late as 12:30 PM in the
recipient's time zone on a regular non-holiday day, the high level of volume we
handle during holiday weeks prevents us from doing so.
During these peak holiday periods,
the volume of floral and gift orders being delivered by our fulfilling florists often
causes us to "cut-off", thereby ceasing to accept any additional orders for guaranteed
holiday delivery. Traditionally, we have had the latest "cut-offs" in the industry--and
do so on a holiday by holiday basis to ensure your 100% satisfaction.
